This is what i have made for this weeks sunday dinner we always have dinner at 2:00 on a sunday so this is what i done a clock cake the leaves are telling the time.the cake is a fruit cake covered with royal icing.

SUNDAY DINNER

First i made the cupcakes in black,green and red its a velvet cake then i made the cake with an edible image then i made chocolate flowers (bakerella blog) then i made chocolate lollipops with edible image.

A CAKE FOR KATE FINISHED

And this is the finished cake as you can see i put her name on the shoe box and a k on both sides of the bag you cant see the bag close but there is stitching detail on the handles with silver balls to look like they have been stitched together. The shoe box is white with pink fondant made to look like tissue paper. Everything on here you can eat and im sure she will

A CAKE FOR KATE BUTTERCREAM

This is all the cakes covered in buttercream. Now you can see the shoe box and the lid, the dress has a stick in the middle to keep it up in this photo. The box and lid dont have a filling because they are to small so that is why only the outsides are covered in buttercream. The dress and bag has a buttercream filling and i have to wait for that to chill for a bit before i do the outside

A CAKE FOR KATE THE START

This is how kates cake started it is a red velvet cake. The one on the left is the shoe box and lid the one at the back is the dress and the small one at the front is the bag.I cut them all first to make them the right shape.If i had more time i would have freezed them before i cut them it is much better that way because the cake dont slip or spring about.

NEW THINGS

I went to the cake shop and got so many new things i have been busy trying them out. This is what i made now i have started with the baby thing i cant stop. This cake can be for a baby shower a christening or a first birthday. Because i have three girls i had to do the cake in pink but i think blue would be just as nice. You cant see very well what the bottles say they say baby in pink with pink vests all around the cake. The baby on top is sleeping and again you cant see it very well i will have to learn how to use my camera and there are pink gems coming out of the side of the cake.

BABY AGAIN

Once i had made the baby i wanted something to go with it so i made a table made from a cupcake and then a dummy and a bottle to go on the table

THIS IS WHAT I MADE

I dont know how i got from a cake to a baby but here it is i might put it on top of a christening cake i dont know yet. The bed is made from cardboard and covered with paper then covered with clingfilm

WHAT TO DO

I dont know what to make today i was going to make a dress cake but i dont know how and then i was going to make a pregnant belly cake but i dont know not that i know how to do that im learning how to do all of this and the way i learn is to make it and see what happens i might make some cupcakes with shoes on or maybe a little dress on top and shoes i dont know i will put the photo on here when i have finished what im going to make.

This is of cains party bags because his birthday is a week after rubys i needed something different so i make small cakes and put his photo on them with sparkling sugar around the photo.

For cains birthday cake i wanted to have bob the builder on it and a photo of him.

So i had a bob the builder pillow and bob the builder dvds and then i put the things he loves like ice cream, his mummy, his bike, sleeping, his cars and bob the builder.

COOKIES

When i first starting thinking about what i was going to do for the party bags i thought cookies with photo so i cooked and decorated 135 cookies and then i changed my mind and wanted cupcakes so i had to make and decorated 135 cupcakes and i loved doing it. All the cookies were eaten

They all looked so good together but i forgot to take a photo of them.

GIANT CUPCAKE

This is the cake i made from the wilton giant cupcake pan I have seen a lot of people have had problems with it some people say you have to cook one side then the other and someone else said you have to put a paper towel under it but i never had any problems with it i cooked both sides together and they turned out fine i cooked it about three times and every time the cake come out cooked on both sides.

I cooked it that many times because there was a lot of people going to eat it, The only thing i would say bad about it is that its not big enough
